Septic Drain Services from ASAP Drains who have a Title 5 license. Title 5 was a program started to try and footprint every septic tank, cesspool or dry well in Massachusetts. There is a course to attend and a test to pass. The paper work was filed at state level and city or town levels, oh yes the owner gets copy also. This program was to insure the waste that was going in the earth was going there correctly.

Some other states are not requiring this license yet, common sewer is not everywhere the further away from the coast you get.
